Neelam Dagar
Neelam co-founded Algro and played a key role in evolving Algro’s technology business to respond to the changes in the industry. She developed the Digital Business vision and helped shape Algro’s early moves to establish its digital business leadership. Neelam is a passionate advocate for gender equality in the workplace and sponsoring STEM-related inclusion and diversity initiatives. Neelam was instrumental in launching Algro’s advanced business analytics. Neelam was a faculty member of the Herff College of Engineering - University of Memphis.
She earned bachelor of engineering degree from NIT Hamirpur India and her master of science degree in electrical & computer engineering from the University of Southern California.
Manoj Kumar
Manoj Kumar co-founded Algro and leads the people strategy, managing the company, formulating and executing long-term strategies, and interacting with clients, employees, and other stakeholders. He is Algro’s primary decision- and policy-maker, setting the tone for the company’s values, ethics and culture. He has served on the board since 2009 and leads Algro's global operations. He is an experienced global leader in strategy, leadership development, learning, innovation, culture, and performance. Prior to his current role, Manoj has worked in technical leadership roles for global companies such as Hilton Hotels Corporation and Fujitsu Consulting. Manoj has over 20 years of diversified experience serving clients in various services industry in the US and internationally and over 15 years of experience advising companies in high tech. He has advised several global clients and Fortune 500 companies on improving business processes and implementing innovative technologies.
He holds a bachelor and master degree in computer science and engineering and pursued executive MBA from California state university, east bay.
